Angelina place an advertisements in newspapers, magazines, leaflets, digital banners, web portals, website and social media via use of SMSs, texts, and bulk emails. For filling top-level positions, we provide specialized head hunting services. This way the job seekers come to know about the interview schedule and later appear for the same.
Angelina invites shortlisted candidates to attend interview & trade test. We clearly specifying the requirements stating the date time and location of interview. We also inform to present original passport, set of documents with originals, and confirm their availability.
We arrange hotel accommodation and airport pick-up / drop for client representatives. We provide efficient support staff to conduct interview & make an arrangement for an interview facilities / conference room & Tools for the interview & Trade
Angelina ensure all office facilities are available for client's use for the duration of an interview Stationary, communication such as telephone, Fax, computer, courier and e-mail access.
Our representative attend interview with client's representatives in the closing session to assess the interview results and obtain the shortlist of candidates to be recruited. Ensure all candidates' documents are completed and in place.
Prospective candidates are called for an initial interview round then our team conducts trade tests to evaluate industry skills, language skills, psychology, attitude and overall candidate’s personality.
REPORTING & SHORTLISTING.Angelina meets with the client & present interview reports and discuss for candidates Pre-screening interview, shortlisting with CVs matching to required Trades. We submit short-ling CVs to Client/Company and do the follow-up. After receiving feedback for shortlisted candidates called for interview from Client/Company.
